While many states are struggling with their immigration issues, Utah seems to have found a unique way of dealing with their undocumented workers. Indeed Utah has passed strict rules to penalize businesses employing such workers. But Utah is also trying to pass HB116 where some workers will possibly be able to obtain a work permit.
