Successful Writ of Mandamus Case

“I was in a desperate situation when I approached Mr. Shah. I had applied for adjustment of status (I-485) through marriage to a US citizen more than a year ago… My case was being bounced around by USCIS from the National Service Center to California several times. USCIS offered me no explanation, in spite of numerous calls to their toll free number.
