More bad news coming regarding the “TVU scam”. It seems that one student was issued a NTA and worse that person was given an “ankle bracelet”. At this point it is becoming harder and harder to advise any student to stay in the United States to “fight” their cases.

On the other hand, we are getting news that many of the students who left, had no real problem to return.

We wish we could give the students some confirmed answers but with limited information, it is hard to advise whether they should leave or stay.

Good Luck
