The CEO of PC Tech computer training school in Jersey City is among nine people charged today with foreign student visa fraud, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.

Three hours after Homeland Security Investigators left the school at 567 Summit Ave. it was announced that Manamadurai Somalingham, 63, of Pelham, had been charged with conspiracy to obtain and use phony visas and conspiracy to conceal illegal aliens, officials said. Eight of the nine people have been arrested, officials said.
