Upcoming Movie: H4 VISA-A CURSE is a MOVIE PROJECT that brings in light the plight of Women on H4 Visa, and their spouses who are on H1B Visa. Technically, H1 B is a non immigrant Visa, which allows employers to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. H-4 visa is a visa issued to immediate family members (spouse and children under 21 years of age) of the H-1B visa holders. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not allow the H4 Visa holder to work.
