We just received few calls from the East Coast, where DHS is sending a letter asking the students to attend an interview. You should attend the interview with an attorney present. If you cannot find an attorney in your area check www.aila.org or www.avvo.com
Also there are unconfirmed rumors that a guideline will be issued by ICE on the matter. We will keep you posted as soon as we get new information.
