Are NTA on hold in the Bay Area?

There are “rumors” that NTAs (Notices of Appear) have been placed on hold in the Bay Area California. I wanted to know if any of you have received a NTA in the BAY AREA California in the past two days, please let us know. If this is true, it is excellent news.
