Be careful in joining lawsuits with Susan Sue!

There is an email circulating asking students to join Susan Sue in a lawsuit. While we believe that it is only fair that the students get their money back, you might want to be represented by independent counsel (lawyer) if you are planning to join her lawsuit. In addition, since it is going to be a civil litigation, many of the information might  be disclosed in discovery and other disclosure rules.

At this point, it might be wise to hold on joining forces with Susan Sue.
