We have requested few TVU victims to ask simple questions which come from their hearts. From several emails from few TVU students, we have compiled the following questions:

– What is our fault when we only enrolled to TVU based on there virtual class offer and compatative rates?
– Who will be responsible for this period in which we are not able to do anything and just watching for an outcome?
– Who will be responsible the money we have paid to TVU?
– How we gonna cover this time we are wasting from the Jan 18th?
– No college & University is giving us admission in between the term to manage our F1?
– When can we get clear and definitive answers? Because ICE, DHS, SEVIS nor lawyers who are fighting for our cause are able to answer us?
– On the whole ICE declared us “illegal” and will remark on our records for our undone crime?
– Why are we being treated as “criminals” when ICE treated other closed schools'(such as CMG) students as victims?
– Why is our government not asking the right questions? Why are they happy with few small victories?
– Why are the reporters not asking the right questions?
– There are so many other people who committed so many crimes yet they are still allowed to live in the US. We have not committed any knowing crimes and yet we are being treated differently?
– Why can we have a chance to get a temporary status while the investigation is being conducted?

If you have such statements or questions, please send to my email on [email protected] and we shall be glad to post for you.
