“TVU’s appeal to BPPE’s ceasing of operation order initially submitted on Feb.1st, 2011 was voluntarily withdrawn; officially executed by Mr. David Billingsley, Ms. Susan Su’s lawyer in her behalf on March 7th, 2011; confirmed by State of California Attorney General on March 11th, 2011.   As by law, TVU is nolonger in operation as of March 17th, 2011.

Many of your admitted universities have requested for your TVU transcripts. We have asked all TVU faculty members to upload all previous term grades in the TVU website. If you login your TVU account, you can print out your official grade report from the system (which is even more accurate). TVU, the world first TV University has already been for three years, and has only operated for three years.

We also know that many of you are still waiting and hoping that soon or quickly; TVU were able to get back to normal operation. Some of you even refuse to take the permanent working permit offering by ICE. The final message from Ms. Su as TVU’s President is an ENCOURAGEMET to you all to MOVE ON! Let me give the closure by reminding and ensuring you all that: after the darkest moment is the dawn‐‐‐ a new day with the sun rising and shining!”
