Thirteen things you might need
(1) 4 Photographs of Petitioner; 6 Photographs of Beneficiary (2) Copy of Petitioner’s U.S. passport, naturalization certificate or birth certificate (3) Letter from Petitioner’s employer verifying job title, salary and date of job commencement; (4) Copy of Petitioner most recent tax return and W2; (5) Copy of marriage certificate along with English translation; (6) Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate with English translation; (7) Copy of Beneficiary’s passport with English translation; (8) Copy of Petitioner’s airline ticket if Petitioner flew anywhere for marriage(optional) (9)Copy of Phone bills for calls made to Beneficiary and/or payments made for bills; (optional) (10) Copy of emails between Petitioner & Beneficiary; (optional)(11) Photographs of Wedding ceremony; (12) Copies of greeting cards congratulating Petitioner and Beneficiary of their wedding; (optional) (13) Declaration of good faith marriage from friends and relatives
