Just like Tri Valley University, PC Tech after being raided, the SEVIS certification is now terminated. We are expecting the same thing to happen to Herguan University soon. If you are a student of any of these institutions please call us at 510 742 5887. The following was published by the Immigration Custom Enforcement Unit.

Based on federal regulation, Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified schools are subject to a review of their certification at any time.
On Aug. 9, PC Tech Learning Center was issued a Withdraw on Notice by SEVP. As a result of this withdraw notice, PC Tech is no longer certified by SEVP to enroll nonimmigrant students. All nonimmigrant students have had their Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) records terminated. Additionally, PC Tech’s access to SEVIS has been terminated, as permitted by regulation. The school will have appeal rights and will have 15 days to appeal the adjudicators decision to issue the Withdraw on Notice.
PC Tech Learning Center nonimmigrant students have the following options:
1. A nonimmigrant student can transfer to a new school that is willing to accept the student. The school accepting the transfer must be willing to recommend reinstatement for the student and should contact the SEVIS Help Desk to have the student’s SEVIS record transferred. Once the student’s SEVIS record is transferred, the new school must issue the student a new Form I-20 populated with the school’s information and issue the document for the reason of “reinstatement.” The student must then file a Form I-539 for reinstatement with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), or
2. If the student is unable or unwilling to transfer, the student must depart the country within seven calendar days.
Nonimmigrant students who have questions about their options should call the SEVP Response Center at (703) 603-3400. This number is staffed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.
Students who call the SEVP Response Center should be prepared to provide the following information to the SEVP staff:
First and last name
SEVIS ID number
Address
Telephone number where you can be reached
Email address
Dates of attendance at PC Tech Learning Center
Educational level and major of study at PC Tech Learning Center
