In the past few months, many of us have been calling on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to grant TPS to the Yemeni Nationals. Finally, DTPS for YemenHS announced that it will actually grant protection to individuals from Yemen under the TPS program. As such Yemeni nationals will be able to receive a work permit, if qualified under the TPS. The protection extends for 18 months as from September 3 2015. We urge all Yemeni nationals who need help to call us at 415 643 4342 or 510 742 5887.
