San Bernardino attack and the aftermath – extensive security check.

First of all our hearts and soul goes to all those who suffered during this despicable event at San Bernardino. Now what is next? Some groups are blaming it on gun control others on terrorists. Bottom line whoever is responsible does not matter because the act itself is outrageous. Unfortunately this will definitely have an impact on the lives of many communities especially the innocents.

Bracing for impact, we are expecting higher surveillance and eventually a more rigorous crack down on civil liberties including most of the South Asian, Middle Eastern and Muslim communities. See the CARRP program explained by this ACLU video.

What does that mean?

It is simple it just means that cases will be delayed and more investigation will take places on many cases. We are already seeing security check review on H1B cases as the callers on the Shah Peerally Law Show are indicating below.
There are no straight solution to this problem. The best is to wait, or contact a congress man for checking on your case. Ultimately if you do not get results, we can look into a Writ of Mandamus.
