According to Reuters “An EgyptAir jet carrying 66 passengers and crew from Paris to Cairo disappeared from radar over the Mediterranean south of Greece on Thursday, with Athens saying the plane swerved in mid-air before plunging from cruising height and vanishing.
Greek state television said aircraft debris had been found in the sea during a search for the missing Airbus A320. Earlier, Greek officials said pieces of plastic and two lifevests were found floating some 230 miles south of Crete.”

Many are already claiming it was foul play not excluding terrorism. Unfortunately there is no real way to tell. First our prayers go to the people aboard the Airbus 320 and their families. As soon as we see such events, the terrorism alert is raised all over the world including the United States. We wanted to warn visitors and immigrants coming to the United States to take all their precautions while traveling including be ready for a tighten and long line security check at the airport and questioning by CBP at the airport. The video below was made for students coming to the United States. It might help in guiding some on how the interviews are conducted at the airport. Note that this is normal since every country has to protect its borders. You just need to be calm and patient and if you are easily irritated, we recommend that you do not travel.

We wish that not all hopes are lost on the flight of Paris to Cairo which disappeared but it might be late at this point to wish that. Hopefully  people understand that we are now in a new world order where fear and anger have taken over. We pray that it changes back to human kind instead of race kind. In the meantime, for immigrants and non-immigrants it is important to be careful at the airport and beyond. God Bless!
