The Office of Mangement and Business (OMB) has cleared the H4 Proposed Rule

For few years now we have been fighting for the H4 EAD rule and we have always requested that the rule be cleared through Executive powers which means directly through the office of the President.  The rule has been pending and a group of very determined people have continuously fought for this rule under guidance….
