IMPORTANT: Do not miss our late law show ON FRIDAY 28TH on 1170 AM from 11pm…we are going to have some interesting guests that wrote articles and did TV presentation on the Tri Valley issues….tune in….You can watch us online on www.askusattorneys.com

If you were interrogated by ICE, we would like to hear from you. So far we have been hearing some very inconsistent stories by the agents that are coming to visit the students. However the few common things are:

1. They are going home to home regarding some students;
2. They are requesting statements to be signed;
3. For some students they are issuing a Notice to Appear and for others they are just saying “explain your case to a judge”
4. They are taking people to random places for interrogation.

Again please do not sign any type of statement or even talk to any department without the presence of an attorney. Remember they cannot deny you your right of representation. You can repeat ” I would like to have an attorney present….” several times.
